What is your Shipping Policy?
Domestic Shipping We ship via UPS Ground to the lower 48 states. For expedited shipping, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver (payment must be received by 11am EST to ship same day). For some small packages, we also ship via USPS Priority Mail. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. For orders going to AK, HI, PR, and other overseas territories, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail, or if the box is large, via UPS 2nd Day Air. The shipping cost to these locations is MORE than for UPS Ground, so please bid accordingly. International Shipping Canadian Buyers: We ship via UPS Standard, with full online tracking and transit times of 2-6 days. Worried about customs? Don't be! Simply pay the $10 brokerage fee and 6% Canadian Sales Tax up-front, and your package will arrive at your door as if it were a domestic shipment. No hassles, no customs delays, and no hidden charges - it's Canadian shipping the eSpot way. International Buyers: We ship via USPS Express Mail International, with full online tracking and transit times of 3-7 days. If you can pay by PayPal, then we can ship to your country. Except in the case of UPS Standard, you are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are NOT included in the shipping costs. We will not label items as "gifts" or declare a lesser value for customs. Important Note: USPS Express Mail International is NOT available for large packages. If no shipping price is listed for USPS Express Mail International, then the package is too large and we cannot ship via that method, or any other USPS method. NO EXCEPTIONS. Professional Packaging Most items shipped by eSpot are packaged in a brand new, high-quality box and cushioned with industrial-strength air pillows. While we spend more than the average eBay seller on packaging, we take pride in having every item we ship arrive safely to the buyer. Local Pick-Up At eSpot Deals, we keep our prices down through the power of automation and therefore local pick-up is NOT allowed, unless the auction explicitely says otherwise. In the case that local pick-up is allowed, a 5.0% Maryland sales tax and handling fee will apply.

Return Policy eSpot offers a full, money-back guarantee on every item we sell. If the item you receive does not match our description (including authenticity), we will refund your payment in full, including the original shipping cost.* Buyers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return (see Contact Information). After 7 days, the item is legally yours and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your return is approved, we will issue you an RMA # for your order. Please note that we do not accept returns for items accurately represented in the listing. If such an item is returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply and no shipping will be refunded. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do NOT accept returns for items without an RMA number, so please contact us today if you want to initiate a return for your item.
