Buyers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return (see Contact Information). After 7 days, the item is legally yours and cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your return is approved, we will issue you an RMA # for your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items accurately represented in the listing. If such an item is returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply and no shipping will be refunded. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
